The 'papa' method.
In over 15 years of advice and guidance in the field of personal and professional development, I have had the luxury of being able to experience the (lack of) effectiveness in numerous encounters. I have cracked the code to what works for me, by trail and error.
There are a few recurring elements in my approach that I've found to be fundamentally important in making a difference. Those elements form the foundation of how I like to work with you. I briefly explain them below.
In dutch they form the acronym 'Pakt', hence this site's name.
However, in English it turns out to spell 'papa'. Cool by me.

Personal
There is no 'one size fits all'. I listen and involve myself personally with you and/or your colleagues so that I understand what is needed. Only when you feel understood we can talk about what is needed. Real sollutions lie within the personal and therefore require a personal approach.
Active
Learning by trying. When you start doing something new, you probably don't immediately excell or even succeed. We embrace the experiment. If this doesn't work out so well, we'll make sure you get up again. The most impressive moments have the highest effect in learning. So we strive for the perfect balance between challenge and safety. And we emphasize 'doing'.

Powerful
If you want to get the most out of yourself, it helps to look beyond the issue that's right in front of you. I try to deploy my interventions at the level of values, drive and motivation. Doing so we optimize the chance that you will achieve behavioral change that lasts. This way you prevent a short-lived 'wow' without lasting results.

Applicable
Thorough, but practical solutions. Interventions that you can experiment with right away. In your own environments and networks, soon as we conclude a session.
