Aks questions; don't make assumptions.
I wonder if you recognize the following:
One agency after another presents itself with catchy texts, amazing colors and captivating proposals. Explaining and convincing, rather then inquiring and listening. Determing what would be best for you...which is impossible
In my experience, when it comes to workforce development real, lasting sollutions are often not the suppliers aim. To deliver interventions that work and really make a difference, the approach should be consulting rather then overwhelming. An honest story about posibilities, focussing first and foremost on your specific situation.
That's why I like to wonder, listen and ask away. Only after I have questioned you, and only after I'm confident I have an understandment of what the situations asks for, we can we talk about solutions.
The outcome can be either my engagement and commitment in working with you, or us drawing the conclusion that I am not the best fit for your fix. Either way: no regrets.
